TERMS & CONDITIONS

Surcharge of RM25.00 ++ per room per night is applicable
on the dates shown below.

08 February 2005 to 15 February 2005 ( Chinese New Year ).
- Extra
Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM50.00 ++ per bed
per night with one buffet breakfast.

No
extra room charges for children 12 years and below sharing
room with parent to a maximum of one child.
- Check
Out Time : 12.00 noon
- Check
In Time : 2.00 pm
- Rates
are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
- All
rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Meeting
and Convention Package are available upon request.
- Baby
Cot are provided free-of-charge.
- Extended
check-out during Peak Period :
Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed
After 6pm - one day's rate imposed

Prior
room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.

Room
Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit
Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room
reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank
account which shall be advised during the confirmation
stages.
CANCELLATION
POLICY :
One
night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved
shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation
made within 72 hours prior to check-in date or in the event
of NO SHOW.

Extra
Bed is chargeable at RM 50.00 ++ per bed per night inclusive
of breakfast.
