TERMS & CONDITIONS

• A Surcharge of RM50.00 nett per room per night is applicable during Peak period as listed below.
• A Surcharge of RM 80.00 nett per room per night is applicable during Malaysia Formula One 2010, from
  01 April to 04 April 2010. A Minimum of 3 nights stay is required during this period.
• Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM 40.00 nett per bed per night for bed only without breakfast and RM50.00 nett per bed per night with one buffet breakfast.
• No extra room charges for children 12 years and below sharing room with parent to a maximum of one child.
• Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
• Check In Time : 2.00 pm
• Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Meeting and Convention Package are available upon request.
• Baby Cot are provided free-of-charge.
• Extended check-out during Peak Period :
  Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed
  After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
• Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
• Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
  

CANCELLATION POLICY :

One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 72 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

Extra Bed is chargeable at RM 50.00 nett per bed per night inclusive of breakfast.
