TERMS & CONDITIONS

• A Surcharge of RM50.00 nett per room per night is applicable during Peak period as listed below.
• A Surcharge of RM120.00 nett per room per night is applicable during Malaysia Formula One 2009 from 03 to 05 April 2009.
• Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM50.00 nett per bed per night with one buffet breakfast.
• No extra room charges for children 12 years and below sharing room with parent to a maximum of one child.
• Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
• Check In Time : 2.00 pm
• Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Meeting and Convention Package are available upon request.
• Baby Cot are provided free-of-charge.
• Extended check-out during Peak Period :
  Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed
  After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
• Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room
  availability.
• Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable
  Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room
  reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which
  shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
  

CANCELLATION POLICY :

One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 72 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

Extra Bed is chargeable at RM 50.00 nett per bed per night inclusive of breakfast.
